What we keep
We don't ask for your name, email or phone, and we don't keep a list of the websites people check.
Two things stay for a short time. A finished check is kept for 10 minutes (a phone speed result for 1 hour), so a shared link doesn't run the same check again. And when a check breaks on our side, or we refuse an address, our host's logs keep that address and the reason for up to 7 days, so we can fix it.
What we use while the check runs
Your connection's IP address, for one minute, so one person can't flood the check. Our host, Cloudflare, carries the connection like any website host does.
Who else sees the website you check
That website itself, because we visit it. Public record services, because we look up its domain and email settings. Google, because we ask Google's PageSpeed test how fast it opens on a phone. Each one sees the website address, not who you are.
Cookies and tracking
None. No cookies, no analytics, no ad pixels.
Shared links
"Copy link to this check" puts the website address in the link. Anyone who opens it gets a new check, or the same result if that site was checked in the last 10 minutes.
